Commission and Payments (9)The affiliate sites are the ones who actually determine the level of commission. PalTip then issues 50% out of that commission to your account. At this time payments are available only through PayPal. Online retail sites would not survive without online customers. Therefore, retailers build affiliate fees into their budgets solely for the purpose of paying referral fees to sites that refer customers to them. PalTip is just a platform for sharing good products and earning commissions out of it. Should you choose to participate and enlarge your business through PalTip, you will be doing it as an independent contractor and will be responsible for filing all relevant taxes. No. Your PalTip account will not expire, nor will there be any fees if you choose not to use it. But once you see how quickly your cash back adds up for the purchases you normally make, we bet you won't let it sit untouched for very long! The bottom line is that, if your friends are buying products online (could be anything from travel, tickets, clothing, gas cards etc.) and trust you to recommend good and relevant products for them, why not earn a commission off those recommendations while you're at it? At this time this is the only payment option. You can go to the PayPal website and register there for free, and then collect your money. For help with opening a PayPal account please click hereYou will always be entitled to that money, your balance will stay permanently. Sure, every time you'd like to cash out, you can choose a PayPal account that was already submitted to PalTip, or submit a new account. No matter who shares the link, as long as a sale is made, you get the commission.

Share a Tip (19)In case your product website is not affiliated with PalTip, you can share it, but you won't receive a commission. PalTip will check out the link you shared, and if we can, we'll become their affiliate, and your link will start earning commissions automatically. Sure, go to PalTip.com/partners, and check the list of our affiliated websites. You can submit any product page that is affiliated with PalTip. to see the list of sites that are affiliated with PalTip go to partners page "PalTip feed" is like a Facebook feed: You can see what's going on with all users, or choose just to see your friends' activities: Who joined? Who added a tip? Who shared a link? When you submit a URL into the TipIt Box, PalTip checks if the site that was given is affiliated with it. If it is, PalTip adds your ID and the affiliation number of the website, and saves it. The output is a shortened link that you can share with your friends, and earn a commission if they buy through the link. To see the list of sites that are affiliated with PalTip go to partners page PalTip shortens the link to make it easier to share on all Social Network sites. PalTip believes that links should not be deleted or disappear, so that users can always trust that a link is a legitimate one. The information as it appears in your account is updated according to the reports PalTip receives from its affiliate sites. The sites send reports that might take up to 45 days to be updated. As soon as we receive the reports we update our records and all commissions. PalTip will not publish your link. It is up to you to publish it and promote it. The description, title and tags are drawn automatically from the product website, it will help you when you share the link by getting the information automatically. The same applies for the comment field. These fields are not mandatory. You have two options: - Share the same link but this option will not entitle you to a commission earned from that link.
- Submit the same product page and create your own link, then share it and receive your commission.
It is not mandatory, but it is recommended because once people see what you suggest, they might be more interested and this could increase your chances of getting a commission. When you create a link, one of the options you can choose is "custom link" . This field is to create a more user-friendly shortened link. Instead of having a random number, you submit a name, and the shortened link will be updated with the new name. The name must be unique to you. Please note that changing the name after distributing the link will cause the old link to be broken. Simply copy the shortened link and paste it on that website. We would be happy to hear about new channels and add them to our system. Please go to " contact us" and update us about any new channel. If you don't share your links, nothing will happen, no one will view them, and you will not earn any commissions from them. Once you get your shortened link, it's up to you to share the link with as many people as you can, on as many networks or sites that you can. Each purchase of a product through your shortened link will earn you a commission. Simply go to your tip list page in your account, press on the tip you want to share again, then simply click on the desired channel and a window will open with all the details. Please note, you might need to provide authentication in some of the channels. PalTip cannot authenticate for you, as we do not save your username or password for that channel. No one can see the amount of purchases and commissions you received from your links, or where you shared those links. What other users can see are the number of views your links actually received. You can always change the Tip info's title, tags and description, as long as the information is correct. Simply log in to your account and click the Tip you want to edit, and press "Edit the tip" button and make the changes. You can also change the shortened link name, but don't forget - if you already shared that link, your friends will get a broken link after changing the name.

Tip Info (3)"Tip Buzz" shows the list of websites your link was clicked from. "Direct clicks" means your friend copied the link into the browser address box, and didn't click on a link in one of the channels you tipped to. It means someone else shared your link on this website, but you will still get a commission if a purchase is made. Partners (4)Every time a PalTip user submits a URL to PalTip, we check if we are affiliated with that website. If we are, we modify the URL according to the website affiliation instructions and save it. The user then receives a shortened link created by PalTip, and shares it with his friends. When the user's friends click this link, PalTip redirects it to the affiliate website. Once the user's friends' purchase the product at the affiliated website, and PalTip receives the affiliate fee and the sales report from that website, we update the user about the commission received and we then split it 50%-50% between the user and PalTip. The only thing PalTip requires is that the affiliate website can receive a variable from PalTip, and return it in the report. Since PalTip encourages customers as well as social networks to recommend products, partnering with PalTip means you can actually get new customers and more purchases on your website. Join us as a partner and see how PalTip can offer you many new and exciting possibilities.
